We asked Lindsey from NextGenSeek to assist us in a scRNAseq-based SMC-lineage tracing study to interrogate SMC-to-osteochondrocyte differentiation during atherosclerosis. Based on this analysis, she also conducted an ARACNe-metaVIPER analysis that identified multiple master regulons that participate in this cell transition and a GWAS-eQTL analysis that identified multiple gene loci associated with human CVD risk. During the course of the project, she was responsive to our concerns and her feedback was helpful in improving the overall quality of the study.
